Shipping Methods, Order Processing and Timeframes
We send all our parcels on a fully trackable service to ensure the safety, reliability & service of delivery on all orders. We use a variety of couriers & shippers to fulfil our delivery service to you which are: DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Parcel Force, DHL & FedEx. Some couriers may require a signature when parcel is being delivered.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on factors such as order processing time, item availability, and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your package.
If you require the item/s for a specific date or time please add this to the order notes and ensure you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then confirm if we are able to meet your request and until then nothing is confirmed and guaranteed.
Orders are typically accepted and started to be processed within 1 full business day after they are placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Based on the specific items shipping timeframes will be different, please see below our estimated delivery times based on the items order. Note that if you order an item that has a longer shipping time that the other items ordered, then the longest shipping estimated time will take effect for the whole order. This timeframe is based on the next working day after your order has been placed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the total weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making payment.
We offer international shipping to select countries and the shipping costs again will be adjusted accordingly at check out. If your country is not listed as an available country to ship to please email email@example.com and we will assist you with this.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential additional charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of your order and will not be held liable for any associated delays or issues.
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier's facility, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. If the customer wishes to have the package re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure the safe delivery of your order, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.If we do not hear from you with 7 working days it will be at the disgretion of the company if we decide to issue and refund or replcament.
Busy Periods of Business
While we will try to ensure all orders are prioritised and are delivered in a reasonable time as a business September-January is a very busy time for us so we have to extend our shipping time in this period up to 10 working days for your order to reach you. You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.
Christmas & New Year
To ensure we can guarantee your order before Christmas we advise the last order date for Mainland UK Delivery 5th December and for EU & International is 28th November.
We appreciate this is early, but due to order volume and the nature of orders being personalised we need to ensure we have sufficient time to fulfil orders and allow for shipping delays due to the time of year. This may be extended as we get closer to the deadline... also equipment only orders may be able to be fulfilled later.
We will also be off for the period between Christmas and New Year with all staff returning on the first working day after the 1st January.
