Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and should be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase from 305.store. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@305squash.com, where we will be able to provide you with all the details on how you can return item/s to us.  
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form for you to fill out and send back to us, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We recommend that you use a fully trackable service and pack the item/s securely when returning the item as we cannot be held liable for any parcel that isn’t successfully delivered.

You will have to cover the cost for shipping when returning the item to us, and at our discretion, if we approve to refund your postage, we can only refund up to the total amount of shipping on your original order. Also, we need you to provide a receipt of shipping for us to process any reimbursement.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, which includes but not limited to club, county or organisations unless there is a product fault/ issue when the item is received. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 
On the return form back to us there is a section for exchanges, please ensure you provide us with sufficient information to process your return and exchange it. Please note that any exchange that doesn’t cover the cost will be billed and must be paid for by the customer before the exchanged product is sent back out.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General Warranty

Warranty Period: Unless prohibited by required law, our liability is restricted to 30 days. Only flaws that manifest themselves during the guaranteed term are covered by the legal warranty.

As legally permitted, no warranty claims may not be transferred or reassigned to another person.

Rackets Warranty
This section only applies to specifically rackets and due to the nature of the game of squash not all racket breaks will be covered, and it is at the discretion of the company to act on each warranty claim individually when dealing with squash rackets.

For a racket to be returned in a resalable condition we will require the racket back in the same state the racket was received which includes all packaging, which includes the plastic cover on the grip to still be on as originally received.

Warranty will not cover after receiving the goods all damages caused due to improper storage or transportation of the product/s. Any damage that is caused through improper use or lack of care for the product will also be excluded, which includes but not limited to adjustments, damages due to sharp objects, torsion/compression or accidental damage. Any product that has been repaired with unauthorised parts will also not be covered.

As a result of strong impact, cracks in a racket that are also followed by excessive wear, such as paint loss and wear surrounding the bumper guard, will be viewed as the result of racket abuse and will not be covered by warranty.

Multiple frame cracks are not covered by the warranty since single frame cracks are frequently caused by manufacturing flaws.

We will not provide any warranty on the following parts of the racket:
- String use/damage
- Grip use/damage
- Bumper-grommet strip wear/damage

Rackets that have broken as a result of improper re-stringing or while being re-stringed are not covered by the warranty. We recommend to only use licensed stringers to ensure a professional service. 

The guarantee does not apply to lost or disconnected butt caps. By removing the grip, the Butt Cap can be quickly repaired by being reattached using glue or staples.

Rackets Extended Warranty
We offer a 30-day statutory warranty on all our products, but we offer an additional 60-day extended warranty on rackets purchased through 305.store. To be eligible for the additional 60 days warranty the racket must show no signs of excessive damage or use and show any alterations, excluding changes made to the string and grip except if this has caused the damage.

Multiple images will be required, and we may also require the racket back for assessment before any decision can be made. The extended 60 days warranty will commence 30 days after the delivery date of the order, giving you as the consumer 90 days in total.
